Terms of Service

ArtisteKit is a subscription tool that helps independent musicians, bands, dancers and performing artists publish a professional digital press kit and bio page. These terms form the agreement between you and ArtisteKit when you create an account or subscribe.

You need an account to build a kit. Keep your login details private — you're responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and the details you give us (stage name, contact email, booking info) should be accurate so promoters can actually reach you.

Starter is $8/month and Pro is $17/month, billed monthly in advance. Both plans begin with a 14-day free trial. You won't be charged during the trial; unless you cancel before it ends, your first payment is taken automatically on the day it finishes and monthly thereafter.

Payments are handled by our payment provider — we never store your card details. Prices are in USD and may not include local taxes, which are calculated at checkout where required.

You can cancel any time from the Plan tab in your dashboard. Cancelling stops future charges and your subscription runs until the end of the current billing period, after which your public page is unpublished. Your content isn't deleted straight away — resubscribe and it's there waiting.

We don't offer pro-rata refunds for part-months, but if something went genuinely wrong on our side, contact us and we'll sort it out.

You own your photos, recordings, bio copy, press quotes and tour dates. You give us permission to host, resize and display that content so your press kit page and downloadable EPK work as intended.

You must have the rights to everything you upload — including photographer credits, band photos and press quotes. Don't publish anything unlawful, hateful, misleading, or that impersonates another artist. We can unpublish a page that breaches this.

We work hard to keep pages online but can't promise uninterrupted service. We may add, change or retire features, and will give reasonable notice before a change that materially reduces what your plan includes.

ArtisteKit is a presentation tool. We don't guarantee bookings, press coverage, or fan growth. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
