1. What we collect

Account details: your email address and, if you sign in with Google, the basic profile information Google shares with us.

Press kit content: stage name, artist type, genres, home base, bio and tagline, links, photos, audio and video URLs, tour dates and press quotes.

Booking enquiries: the name, email, phone, event details and message a visitor submits through your contact form.

Page analytics: page views and link clicks on your public page, plus the referring website's domain. We don't use advertising trackers and we don't build visitor profiles.

Billing data: your subscription status, plan and billing period. Card details go directly to our payment provider — they never reach our servers.

2. How we use it

To run your account, publish your press kit page, deliver booking enquiries to you, show you your analytics, take subscription payments, and provide support. That's it — we don't sell your data, and we don't email your fans or contacts.

3. What's public and what isn't

Anything you put on your press kit page is public once you publish it — that's the point. Your account email, booking enquiries, analytics and billing details are private to you, unless you choose to display a booking email on your page.

Unpublishing your page hides it from visitors immediately.

4. Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to run ArtisteKit: our hosting and database provider, and our payment provider for subscriptions. They process data on our instructions. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

5. Keeping it safe

Data is encrypted in transit. Uploaded media lives in private storage and is served through short-lived signed links, so files aren't publicly guessable. Access to your records is restricted to your own account at the database level.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your content while your account exists so you can pick up where you left off. Ask us to delete your account and we'll remove your profile, media and enquiries, keeping only what we must for accounting records.

7. Your rights

You can view and edit almost everything from your dashboard. You can also ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us through the support link in your dashboard and we'll respond promptly.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, and a per-session marker so a single visitor refreshing your page doesn't inflate your view count. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
